Pattice has always been an integral part of our bakery since last 5 years it was loved by all our guests a lot. Which ultimately brought the idea into existence of separating this beautiful product and reaching to masses. The main idea was to serve a pocket friendly product which is baked and prepared in a hygienic environment, tasty as well as served hot. Delicious flavours of pattice, impeccable planning, meticulous management and best service throughout the branches made Patticewala a marching brand in pattice lovers mind.
It is said that if you conquer Pune you can conquer the world. Patticewala has won Punekars hearts and is now set to expand not only all over Maharashtra but also go Pan India soon.

Vinayak Sanas is the answer to all your questions. He is a businessman by profession but a food lover at heart. For him Forage Hospitality is a dream come true when he took the reins to offer his support as the Marketing and Business development head.
His knowledge in running a business coupled with his ability to envisage its success has given Forage Hospitality the necessary leap.
‘As a small girl, I often wondered how my mother would make food that wasn’t only wholesome, but also tasty. It was natural for me to emulate her and I began to make desserts, cakes and pastries. The happy curves on people’s faces made my day and soon I embarked on a journey of fulfillment.’

Neha Ahmed has done studies in food and catering and worked in the Callebaut Chocolate Academy, Mumbai, to learn the art of chocolate making. She has also worked in renowned bakeries in Mumbai and offered her services in catering.
She specialises in desserts and customised cakes by talking to the clients to make variety of cakes to suit their liking. She has been serving Corporate companies since last 5 years and has also given able guidance to more than 500 women in 14 different cuisines.
